摘要: 为分析喷油螺杆压缩机能量回收的有效性,以喷油螺杆空气压缩机为例,针对陈四楼煤矿螺杆式空压机可利用热能的运行机理及现状,分析了矿用螺杆式空压机油气系统余热回收的工作原理及特点,并对实际生产中空压机余热回收应用效果进行了论证与研究,指出了煤矿生产资源节能循环利用模式在现代化矿井安全生产中的重要性。

Abstract: ChenSilou Coal mine, the author of this paper screw air compressor running mechanism and the present situation of waste heat, analyzed the mine screw air compressor working principle and characteristics of oil and gas waste heat recovery system, and the actual production of hollow press application effect of recovery of waste heat was studied, pointed out the coal mine production of energy-saving resources recycling model in the importance of modern mine safety production.
